• Safety officers & volunteers (wearing silver fluorescent armbands)
• Any teacher on staff
• Or head straight to the desk
• If none of these feel okay, there is an incident report form below, although these may take a little longer for us to act upon. Please bare with us!
SOCIAL MEDIA AND FILMING POLICY
• All our volunteer photographers and videographers have been briefed. If you don’t want your dance filmed, simply put your hand up palm directly to the lens, and they will stop filming you.
• We believe in connection, so we kindly ask there is no personal filming after 1am – let’s use this digital detox to focus and enjoy. The official videographers are on site capturing moments during this time.
• We use photos and videos for promotional material in future events. If you do not wish to be included, please fill in an opt out form at the desk.
• We LOVE collabs! Share your reels and tag us – we love to see your highlights! @danceforcharityfestival
